Step-by-step setup instructions
Open the "Menu Builder" and click on the item you want to update.
Under the "Pricing" section, edit the base price value. Changes reflect instantly on guest menus upon saving.
To toggle availability, use the stock status dropdown to select "In Stock", "Low Stock", or "Sold Out".
Setting an item to "Sold Out" displays a badge on the guest menu and locks ordering capabilities for that item.
Pro Tip
Use "Low Stock" for limited-run daily specials. This creates subtle urgency and helps sell remaining items quickly.
