Open "Role Permissions (RBAC)" under the Security Settings panel.
Select the specific role group you want to adjust (e.g., Chef or Manager).
Toggle specific access controls: permissions include Category Editing, Price Overrides, Live Stock Toggles, and Billing Governance.
Click "Apply Permissions". The system will update authorization tokens instantly across all active logged-in devices.
Pro Tip
Keep Price Overrides disabled for the Waiter role. This prevents unauthorized adjustments to menu prices during busy floor shifts.
